September 2019, the university of Bahrain partnered with ISACA Bahrain Chapter to provide female students with an opportunity to obtain professional certificates in IT field. This initiative contributes to the Human Capital Development of the Kingdom of Bahrain and especially women in areas where they are underrepresented. The university trained 150 female students in IT Governance over the period of one and a half year.
