Hence the study was carried out with 384 employees in five Textile industries in Madhya Pradesh, India through cross-sectional quantitative research method. The study findings show that the employees of GenY had an increased normative dedication (ND) than the employees of GenX. However, employees of GenX had an increased continuance dedication (CD) than the employees of GenY to organization. In addition, the study revealed that there is no significant difference in affective dedication (AD) between younger and older generation people.
