As the government of Bahrain considers higher education a central player in economic growth, investment and innovation as well as facing the challenges of the future. The government supports students’ accessibility to higher education and through fee subsidy. All national students receive 90% fee subsidy, and all international students receive 84% fee subsidy regardless of their income.
In addition, the university offers fee exemption to students with limited income. This service is managed by the Deanship of Students Affairs through the Exemptions and Part-Time Employment Division. Students can apply for fee exemption through the deanship. All applications are then evaluated by the deanship according to the fee exemption regulations and provided to students with limited income.
