The University defends all rights of workers outsourcing activities by third parties.

Worker: refers to a personal contractually assigned to complete a work-related task(s).
Equal rights: refers to giving workers the same rights and opportunities
Third-Party: refers to a third person or organization less directly involved in a matter than the main people or organizations that are involved.

Policy Statement and Principles
The University defends all rights of workers outsourcing activities by third parties. The Third-Party Workers’ Rights Policy implements standardized tripartite labour contract system to protect domestic workers’ rights.
Third-Party Workers’ Rights Policy:
- The University renounces any delay on wage settlements to all third-party workers involved.
- The University appoints a committee that oversees the duly settlement of financial entitlements to third-party workers and protection of their rights.
