The University signed an agreement with Liverpool John Moores University in December 2018 to offer an MSc program in Big Data Science and Analytics. This program is the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain and among the first among the GCC. The program provides students with deep subject-knowledge combined with practical learning using advanced software and high performing computing towards effective use of big data in order to provide effective and efficient solutions to real-world problems. This agreement contributes to the university’s efforts to expand its collaboration efforts with international bodies to address the sustainability development goals.
