On 19th and 20th April 2019, the English Language Centre held its Second International Conference. This year’s conference focused mainly on the role of innovation and technology in shaping the future of English Language Teaching. The conference featured international keynote speakers, along with delegates from over 12 countries including USA, Brazil, UK, Turkey, Jordan, KSA, UAE, Oman, Egypt, Malaysia, and Botswana with a total number of 300 attendees. The main objectives of the conference were to explore new ideas and acquire innovative approaches regarding the integration of technologies in various forms and to exchange experience and best practices amongst educators. The post-conference feedback was mainly positive, reflecting the overall success of the event.
