UOB has won a Diversity Award for having the highest number of females participating in DevFest Bahrain 2019. DevFest 2019 is an event hosted by Google Developer Group (GDG) Manama that aims to build developer skills of participants using Google Technologies. Participants compete on getting the most number of google badges in span of 10 hours.
This Diversity award was given to UOB for showcasing exemplary insight in the area of female inclusion. The award reflects UOB efforts in taking positive action by helping in delivering a truly diverse and inclusive society to develop high caliber female talent.
