The conference aims to address the management and quality within e-Learning during COVID-19 Pandemic. This conference covers both technical as well as the non-technical aspects of e-Learning. Main topics are identified. There will be rigorous plenary talks by invited speakers as well as contributed talks. A Workshop on e-learning systems Technologies and Digital Transformation will be organized during the conference and will include a variety of panels.
