During a webinar organized by the University of Bahrain, Middle Eastern Academics established a network to discuss English Language eLearning methods. The Department of Nursing at the College of Health and Sports Sciences at the University of Bahrain organized a virtual symposium on "Interruption Caused by COVID-19 in Nursing Education" on 20 July 2020.  The symposium hosted a group of specialists and experts in the education and practice of the nursing profession from Gulf, Arab and international universities.
