Supporting the Ministry of Education through the advisory of organizational structures

The Supreme Council for the Development of Education and Training assigned the BTC to chair a committee (comprised of BTC faculty and BQA staff) to evaluate the new organizational chart of schools in the Ministry of Education. To accomplish this, BTC has conducted multiple workshops for the Ministry staff who are piloting new positions in the schools, such as ICT Leader, Special Education Teacher, Language Specialist, and Quality of Life Specialist, among others. The project is also evaluating the extent to which this new organizational structure will encourage productive collaboration among school staff.
