The university has established a Technology Transfer Office (TTO) with the aim of stimulating the growth of innovative and digital startups by securing intellectual property protection, negotiating partnering/licensing arrangements, and assisting in the commercialization process to develop products and services that are competent to compete locally and internationally with a supportive environment. The center was established in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), a division of the U.S. Department of Commerce that helps achieve U.S. foreign policy goals in developing countries through commercial legal reforms.
