– To familiarize participants with the benefits of having a LinkedIn profile as a job search tool, as well as a networking tool
– To enhance students’ skills in writing a successful CV
– On 20th March 2019, the ELC organized a workshop in collaboration with LinkedIn during which 3 sessions were delivered by LinkedIn team: One session for academic members and two sessions for level 2 foundation year students. The aim was to familiarize participants with the benefits of having a LinkedIn profile as a job search tool, as well as a networking tool and to enhance students’ skills in writing a successful CV. A total number of 105 students attended this workshop during which they learnt how to use technology to network and promote CVs.
