The workshop manifest a thorough approached aimed at establishing a certified local capacity amongst key domestic sectors pertinent to fulfilling the kingdoms’ responsibilities as a member state of the NPT under the comprehensive safeguards agreement with a somewhat narrow perspective through the small quantities protocol in addressing the safeguards accountability demands anticipated from a non-nuclear state. The workshop is aimed at creating a local capacity proficient in safeguards of relevance to chemicals of the three OPCW schedules.
