The Library’s mission is to support the university’s educational and research programs, to empower students with information literacy skills and to serve the local community through the services provided by its Central Library, a number of specialized branch libraries, and its digital library portal.
The library catalogue provides a list of printed resources that are available in the university’s different libraries. It also has links to some electronic resources that are accessed only by the faculty and students of UoB in compliance with the copyright rules set by the publishers. Nevertheless, the public can request a temporary account to access university resources.
