The University of Bahrain offer an M.Sc. course in Nutrition and Dietetics which is an inter-disciplinary program. It involves faculty from the Departments of Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics, as well as specialists from health institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The course provides a postgraduate level proficiency in nutrition and dietetics through education and research, and the mentoring of future specialists leading to the M.Sc. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. The M.Sc. program requires the completion of 33 credit hours of graduate courses and a research project (thesis), and a practical training in dietetics (8 weeks) in a recognized institution.
